Directions:
We are located at 5400 W. Elm Street, Ste. 212 between Rte. 31 (about 1-1/2 miles West) and just East of Ringwood/Draper Rd on the North side of the street.  Elm Street is also known as Rte. 120 in the McHenry area.  We are in a 2-story brown brick building (Cunat building) and we are located on the 2nd floor.
